The rate in the application is floating and fixed as follows:
If the exchange rate changes by more than 0.1% at the time of receiving 10 confirmations on the TON network, the application can be recalculated at the current exchange rate. The exchange rate is fixed on the Binance exchange.
Application processing takes from 10 to 180 minutes, after 10 confirmations on the TON network.
The payment must be made within 30 minutes, and the request will be automatically deleted after the time has elapsed.
